RFP: VOSD is buying 120 Ton Dog Food Description

VOSD the Bangalore-based non-profit which is the world’s largest no-kill dog rescue and sanctuary announced that it is planning a shift from the present system of supplying food & evaluating vendors to supply food for the dogs in its care and has released a tender/RFP that asks for 120 tons of dog food p.a. to be supplied to its sanctuary near Bangalore (India).    ‘The Voice of Stray Dogs?aka VOSD is the world’s largest no-kill dog sanctuary & rescue based in Bangalore, India. VOSD is a registered 12A trust. VOSD has rescued over 7,500 dogs and carried out over 250,000 sophisticated medical treatments to rescued dogs. The VOSD Dog Sanctuary is a permanent refuge for dogs, rescued not only by VOSD but by rescuers across India. VOSD Dog Sanctuary is home to no less than 750+ dogs. 200+ of these have come from Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi, Chennai and several other places.      REQUIREMENT  VOSD is buying 120 TONS OF DOG FOOD @ 10 TONS/ MONTH    VOSD has a requirement of 10 tons of kibble/ dog food per month for a total of 120 tons of kibble over 1 year.    Food is for adult dogs.  Bidder needs to indicate price inclusive of delivery at Doddaballapur (near Bangalore), Karnataka.    STEP 1: GET THE RFP    Please send a mail to info@vosd.in with    The name of the agency that is responding  The name of the brand  Mobile number and email for communication  STEP 2: RESPOND    You will receive the RFP as a PDF as ID: VOSD/KIB/2018/2  You may seek clarifications no later than 10 April 2018  Submission on or before COB 15 April 2018.    STEP 3: AWARD    The contract will be issued on or before 30 April 2018
